Well, our boy is now planning on publishing a book!  I have been contacted by a publisher he solicited, who did a little research on Junior, and thought I might be interested in knowing that he is attempting to publish a book.   He has apparently written a book for would-be inventors, giving them the benefit of his real life experience.  In his opening letter to publishers, he states:


If you review my Biography you will see that whomever I use as a publisher will be setting

aside a large portion of the proceeds of this book for charities. I have not decided which charity

to use to feed USA hungry children, but I will accept any suggestions by the final publisher.

As you can see this book was written for a purpose and that major purpose is not for financial

gains to me, but to help others.

How magnanimous!  How beneficent!  What a guy!   Our boy wraps himself in this charitable persona, donning the mantle of kindness and generosity, while his fraud victims remain without their court ordered restitution.

He goes on to say:

I wish to have this book published as soon as possible and to have my website up and

running by May/June 2011, when I get home.

Hmmmm....   Interesting.   I have a letter from the US Department of Justice, Victim Notification System dated February 2, 2011, which states that:

"Thomas Coghill has been approved for placement in a Community Corrections Center, otherwise known as a halfway house, and will transfer from this institution (Coleman Federal Prison) on June 23, 2011.  After the transfer, the inmate will be located at DISMAS HOUSE CHARITIES, INC. in Dania, Florida."

It goes on to say:

"The inmate is scheduled for release on March 9, 2012.  The inmate is not eligible for parole."

So, he is telling potential publishers that he will be home in May or June, when in fact, he will continue to be an inmate of the Federal Prison System, living, not at home, but in a halfway house in Florida.

You can bet that I will be sending this information on to the federal prosecutors, to Judge Moon,  and to those responsible for seeing that restitution is made from any earnings....   before feeding "USA hungry children".  And after his release from the halfway house, I will be watching very carefully....   and reporting any parole violations, as I have done in the past.
