Motion DENIED!
In a tersely worded response to the Motion for Continuance of Hearing requested on December 30th by Coghill attorney John Edwards, Judge Moon denied the motion.
Sentencing of Junior is scheduled for 2 PM on Friday in Lynchburg. What fun!
Note to Tommy.... pack your toothbrush, your going back! And when you are free again, you can expect more of the same. CTC is determined to cause you as much pain as you have caused us. Restitution would be nice, but this is much more fun. Give me a call when you get out, we'll have a beer.
